| Experience: | Specialist in microfinance. Before joining ELC, Patricia worked as a Loan Officer at Procredit Bank in Nicaragua and as an independent consultant for ACODEP, CrediQ and Promujer. Patricia also worked as Researcher at INCAE and collaborated in various programs of CLACDS (Latinamerican Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development) working with Export Nicaragua and the InterAmerican Development Bank-Nicaragua. Besides working for ELC, Patricia is Co-Manager of the research project "Microfinance Drivers of Microenterprise Success" at ASODENIC, developed by Professors from the Universities of Harvard, Rice, Portland State and INCAE and sponsored by the NGO Opportunity International. | |
