| Experience: | Specialist in economic development projects management. Before joining ELC, Maya worked for worldwide known cooperation agencies, donors and investment organizations such as GTZ, IADB, AECI, UNDP, WB, Swisscontact. Maya has been leading a three year Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project for the Inter American Development Bank (IADB), integrating SME producers into the value chain of big companies like: AMANCO - PLYCEM Construsistemas, Cajas y Bolsas, Quesos Petacones, Agrosania, CASSA, Ingenio Chaparrastique, Banco Cuscatlan, La Geo, Bocadeli and Piscinas Oscar. Before working for the IABD Maya was a staff member of the German Cooperation Agengy (GTZ) in charge of managing project planning, coordination among private and public counterpart institutions, impact monitoring system, crosscutting themes such as gender mainstreaming, environment, youth approach and CSR. | |
