The goal of a merger or an acquisition is to create a higher economic value from the assets of the potential target company (higher EVA); to create shareholder value. We assist in the evaluation of the alternatives in either the buying or in the selling process.

In a buying process we  make the market analysis, identify the acquisition targets, make a company valuation, negotiate the acquisition price, do the due diligence and/or assist with the legal closing process.

In a selling process we identify potential buyers, prepare sales presentations, prepare sale strategies to optimize the sale price, negotiate the sale price and/or assist with the legal closing process.
